SHOWER AND BATH SEAL REPLACEMENT

If you notice stains on a ceiling below a bathroom you most likely you have a leaky shower or bath seal. Signs of leakage include mould or mildew in a bathroom, especially the silicone around the shower tray or bathtub.

We can reseal most shower areas effectively if a leak is spotted early on.  When tiles  are loose or unstable, it would be a much bigger job.

THE PROCESS

First we the clean shower area,  shower doors and tiles.

Then we remove the shower doors and bath screen if necessary, also any mouldy silicone or hard bath seals.

Finally we reseal the shower tray and door frame (or bathtub) with premium  mould-resistant silicone.
