SHOWER AREA RESTORATION

‘Shower Area Restoration’ is a combination of deep cleaning, tile re-grouting and silicone re-sealing “caulking” within a shower or bath area.

Tile grout and silicone sealant can stain or turn mouldy over time due to everyday usage, wear and tear.  The purpose of tile grout is to lock out dirt and moisture and give strength to tiles.

Silicone sealant plays an important role to ensure wet areas remain waterproof.

(Even when wet rooms are “Tanked” silicone is always needed)

If you notice a stain on a ceiling,  cracked tile grout or mouldy silicone then most likely you have a leak.
